A Kosha, usually rendered "sheath", is a covering of the Atman, or Self according to Vedantic philosophy. There are five Koshas, and they are often visualised as the layers of an onion. There is a physical body, an energy body, mind body, intuitive body and a state of bliss. Our goal is to connect with you on all 5 levels, not only physically but also on emotional and soulful levels. Also, "кожа / kosha" in Russian language means "skin".
