COVID 19 Precautions

Dear Kosha Spa Guests,

We hope that you and your family had a great holiday and we are sending you the best wishes for the New Year! 

We continuously monitor and adjust our coronavirus protocols for the latest regulations and facts regarding COVID-19 and its spread.  This allows us to best protect our clientele and our team.  

Aside from the great enjoyment we get working with you on your skincare goals, one of the most important things to us is keeping you safe. We want you to feel thoroughly relaxed and completely comfortable so that you can truly enjoy your treatment. As a reminder:

  • All employees are fully vaccinated

  • We encourage a regular coronavirus testing cycle for all team members

  • All team members wear face masks at all times while indoors

  • HEPA air filters are installed in each treatment room and our reception area

  • Reception is performed virtually and we encourage you to book appointments through the online booking tool

  • We have reduced the number of appointments to allow for distancing and additional disinfecting of the office and treatment areas.

  • All technicians wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Key times for employees to clean their hands include:

    • Before and after taking a client

    • Before and after work breaks

    • After touching anything in the spa

    • After using the restroom

    • Before eating or preparing food

  • We practice routine cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched objects and surfaces. To disinfect, we use products that meet EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2

  • Staff members open doors and let the fresh air in as frequently as possible

  • As always, we use a UVC lamp for rooms  and UV sterilization cabbie for tools and towels
