Here’s how to do it.
Dynamic or flash cupping only. Never leave your cup suctioned in 1 place - always keep it moving. You must apply oil first, and I recommend to pair cups with KOSHA oil. Follow the massage lines - from the center of the face / décolleté to the sides or in upward motions.
 
Recommended use 10 minutes 1-2 times a week.
