Here’s how to do it.
You don't have to apply facial oil to your face, but if you have extremely dry skin, you can add a few drops of mosturizer / balm / oil first. Start with medium pressure on the areas of your concearn - could be around the nose, between the 11 lines, chin, ears... Easy the tension with your tool - and you can certainly use both ends depending on how you want it to feel. You can also use the chart and gently stimulate accupressure points.
 
For the arms and feet massage the areas according to accupressure map - spending time on each zone that you want to address. You can practice reflexology every day and combine it with gua sha.
 
To clean your tool, just run it under water or use a wet paper towel / alcohol pad.
